are requested to submit a written up-to-date report (in English) about the activities of your national organization (e.g. events, congresses, jubilees), the homeopathic developments in your country as well as a survey of homeopathic publications or communications, a listing of business addresses and telephone numbers of homeopathic institutions, physicians, dentists, veterinarians, pharmacists.
