From 01-04 December 2011, more than 2000 participants from 33 different countries of the world came together at the Sirifort Auditorium in New Delhi, India, to jointly celebrate not only the 66th World Homeopathic Medical Congress of the international homeopathic medical society Liga Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis (LMHI) but also the LMHI's reunion with its Indian Chapter.

LMHI Delegation Meets with President of India 

On 4 December, the closing day of the congress, LMHI officials ceremoniously presented an official memorandum to the President of India at an afternoon reception in the President's House requesting the continued support of the Indian government for the promotion of homeopathy in India, the country that is at present a homeopathic hub with the highest number of homeopathic colleges, doctors, hospitals and followers in the world.

LMHI Governance Meetings

Prior to the Congress opening the LMHI's International Council (IC), consisting of the National Vice-Presidents and National Contact Persons from more than 70 LMHI member countries, held their annual IC-meeting.
